Whiskey
  • 1/4 oz Benedictine

  • 2 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters

  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters

  • 1 oz ounce rye whiskey

  • 1 oz cognac

  • 1 oz sweet vermouth

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice and stir well.
Serve in a rocks glass with a large cube or cubes.
Garnish with a thick lemon twist.
