Cocktails
  • 1 oz Plantation Pineapple Rum

  • ½ oz Buffalo Trace bourbon

  • ½ oz St. George Spiced Pear Liqueur

  • ½ oz simple syrup

  • ¼ oz allspice dram

  • ¾ oz fresh lime juice

Add all ingredients to mixing tin, shake. Double strain into coupe and garnish with a dehydrated lime.
