Cocktails
Whiskey
½ oz Caramelized Fig Syrup
1 ½ oz bourbon
¾ oz banana liqueur
¾ oz fresh orange juice
¾ oz fresh lemon juice
½ oz egg white
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and dry shake for 10 seconds
Add ice and shake hard for another 10 seconds
Strain into a chilled rocks glass
Garnish with a brûléed orange slice
