Snowflake Sunburn

Cocktails
  • 1½ oz Pierre Ferrand 1840 Cognac

  • 1 oz walnut cinnamon orgeat
  • ¾ oz fresh lemon juice

  • ¾ oz St. George Pear Brandy

  • ½ oz Cointreau

  • 1 fresh mint sprig

Place a few cubes of ice into a medium serving glass. Combine all ingredients (except the mint) with ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake until chilled and diluted, then double-strain into the serving glass. Garnish with the mint sprig and a small straw.
