½ oz lime juice
¾ oz cream of coconut (Coco Lopez)
1½ oz fresh pineapple juice
1½ oz Green Charteuse
Put all ingredients in shaker and whip with half ounce of crushed ice until frothy.
Pour mixture over crushed ice and garnish with pineapple leaf or mint sprig.
