1½ oz mezcal
1½ oz Amaro Montenegro
Add the Mezcal and Amaro Montenegro to a mixing glass with ice
Stir for 20-30 seconds until well-chilled, strain into a rocks glass over one large, clear ice cube
Express the oils from an orange or grapefruit twist over the drink and garnish
