225 ml light white rum
75 ml aged Jamaican rum
75 ml dry Curaçao
- 150 ml pistachio orgeat
150 ml lime juice
whole milk
Mix and pour first five ingredients over 150 ml whole milk
Filter through nut milk bag (this will take many hours)
In a mixing glass, add 100ml of the clarified cocktail
Add ice and stir
Strain over a large ice cube in a rocks glass
Pour 0.5 oz of the infused rum to make a float
Garnish with a cherry and a small sprig of mint
