1 lemon
1 egg
2 20 oz cans of pineapple chunks (tidbits)
2 Tbsp cornstarch
¾ cup sugar
2 bananas, cut in chunks
2 cups of seedless grapes
2 cans of mandarin oranges
1½ cup mini marshmallows
½ pint whipped cream
The day before or early in the day, prepare the dressing by mixing together: juice of one lemon, egg (beaten), juice from canned pineapple chunks, cornstarch and sugar.
Cook for 4 minutes on high in the microwave, stirring after each minute to make sure there are no lumps.
Chill in the refrigerator at least 8 hours.
Right before serving, mix in ½ pint of whipped cream.
Combine dressing with: pineapple chunks, banana chunks, grapes, mandarin orange sections and mini marshmallows.
