2 oz coconut-washed Teeling Irish whiskey (1 part oil to 5 parts whiskey)
½ oz Giffard Banane du Bresil
½ oz Giffard Creme de Cacao
½ oz Giffard cinnamon syrup
- Guinness foam
Add cinnamon, cacao, banane and Teeling to mixing glass.
Add ice and short stir to dilute and chill before straining over large rock.
Garnish: Top with Guinness foam and a banana chip.
