  • 2 oz gin

  • ½ oz Aperol

  • ½ oz elderflower liqueur

  • Absinthe (rinse)

Rinse Nick & Nora glass with absinthe.
Add gin, Aperol and elderglower liqueur to a mixing glass and stir.
Power into prepared glass (no garnish).
