2 oz unaged (white/silver) Cachaça
1 oz banana liqueur (Giffard Banane du Bresil Liqueur)
1½ oz Coco Real
½ oz lemon juice
2 dashes Peychaud's bitters
Combine all ingredients with ice, and mix in a drinkmaker or with an immersion blender. Result should be a dense foam.
Serve in a coupe, garnish with a dried banana or plantain chip.
