2 oz aged Cachaça
1 oz banana liqueur (Giffard Banane du Bresil Liqueur)
1 oz coconut milk +½ oz simple syrup (or substitute 1½ oz Coco Real)
¾ oz lemon juice
2 dashes Peychaud's bitters
Combine all ingredients with ice, and mix in a drinkmaker or with an immersion blender. Result should be a dense foam.
Serve in a coupe with no garnish.
