Slice baguette on the bias to make 1/4- to 1/2-inch slices. Arrange on baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil (one side only.) Bake at 400° for 8 minutes. Turn toasts over and bake for an additional 2 to 4 minutes or until golden and crisp.
