Cherry Thyme Sour
Cocktails
Gin
- 2 oz gin 
- 1 oz triple sec 
- 1 oz lime juice 
- 3 oz cherry & thyme syrup
- egg white 
- Angostura bitters 
Shake the gin, triple sec, syrup and egg white vigorously over ice.
Strain into a chilled glass, add a couple of drops of Angostura bitters and garnish with a sprig of thyme.
Variation: use blackberries instead of cherries in the syrup.
