1 bag frozen shredded hash browns
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
8 oz sour cream
Ritz crackers
butter
Mix and transfer to 9 x 11 baking dish. Bake, covered, in a 350° oven for 1 hour.
(Can sprinkle crumbled Ritz mixed with melted butter. Press on top. Bake at 350°, covered for 45 minuted, uncovered for 15 minutes.)
