Best Waffles Ever (2/3 recipe)

6 oz (1⅙ cup) flour
1⅓ teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons sugar
⅓ teaspoon salt
1⅙ cups milk
2 eggs
⅓ cup vegetable oil
Mix all dry ingredients. Combine yolks and milk. Stir into dry ingredients. Stir in oil and mix. GENTLY fold in beaten egg whites, do not over mix.
Pour about ½ cup at a time into waffle iron.
