Artichoke Egg Dish

½ stick butter, melted
5 eggs, beaten
¼ cup flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
1 can artichokes, rinsed, drained, and chopped
Dash salt
1½ cups cottage cheese
1½ cups cheddar, grated
Beat eggs, and add baking powder and flour. Add butter, cheddar, cottage cheese, and artichokes. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
