¾ Buffalo Trace bourbon
¾ oz Amaro Ciociaro
¾ oz dry vermouth
¼ oz St-Germain
Stir all ingredients over ice, then strain into a coupe. No garnish.
"Dark meat" variant: Substitute ½ oz Amaro Averna, ½ oz Dolin blanc vermouth
"Light meat" variant: Substitute ½ oz Amaro Nonino, ½ oz sweet vermouth
