Gin

  • Fresh blackberries

  • ½ oz lemon juice

  • ½ oz simple syrup

  • 1 oz gin

  • 1 dash orange bitters

  • Champagne

Muddle blackberries in a mixing tin with the simple syrup. Add remaining ingredients and shake.
Pour into a coupe and top with champagne.
Express a lemon peel over the drink and garnish with a single blackberry.
