Artichoke Egg Dish

Dairy
  • ½ stick butter, melted

  • 5 eggs, beaten

  • ¼ cup flour

  • ½ teaspoon baking powder

  • 1 can artichokes, rinsed, drained, and chopped

  • Dash salt

  • 1½ cups cottage cheese

  • 1½ cups cheddar, grated

Beat eggs, and add baking powder and flour. Add butter, cheddar, cottage cheese, and artichokes. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
