Beef Brisket

  • 3 pounds beef brisket

  • onion salt

  • celery salt

  • garlic salt

  • ½ bottle liquid smoke

  • 4 tablespoons worcestershire sauce

  • salt

  • pepper

  • ½ bottle BBQ sauce

  • 6 tablespoons brown sugar

  • 2 tablespoons white sugar

Sprinkle brisket with onion salt, celery salt, garlic salt and ½ bottle liquid smoke.
Wrap in several layers of foil and refrigerate overnight.
Add worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper and cook at 275° for 5 hours.
Mix brown sugar, white sugar and BBQ sauce and pour over brisket. Cook at 325° for 1 hour.
