Babyback Ribs a la Susie

Pork
  • 1 12-oz can beer

  • 1 rack babyback ribs

Preheat oven to 450°
On stove, reduce beer to one cup. Place ribs in 9 x 13 inch pan. Pour beer on top of ribs and seal edges of pan tightly with foil. Bake at 450° for 1½ hours.
Slap on BBQ for a couple of minutes.
